    I have already verified my purchase of REDACTED via the account recovery process, but the password reset links you are sending to the +blog email are not arriving in my inbox (even in Spam/Updates).

    ​I need a Happiness Engineer to manually perform the following steps for me:

    1. ​Change the account email from REDACTED.
    2. ​Manually trigger a password reset to be sent specifically to the new address (REDACTED).
    3. ​Confirm my username once the change is made.

    ​I am a paid customer on a 3-year Personal Plan and I cannot access the product I paid for. Please do not send another ‘Magic Link’ to the old address; please manually update the record.
