Please change format back.

    I have switched it to Classic, but half of it is still different. I bought WordPress because it was simple format, now you have wrecked that. Cannot understand how it is, need it back like before. Not what I paid for, once before you changed it without telling me, had to get you to change it back.

    The site I need help with is cyberboris.wpcomstaging.com. It is not hosted by WordPress.com, but it is connected with Jetpack.

    Hi @angelnstar,

    There are currently no paid subscriptions under your site but it used to have plan Business. Since it has already expired, all plugins were removed from the site and it may not be working as before.
    If your idea is to keep on the free plan, we’d need to revert your site to the state it was before you installed the first plugin/custom theme. Because this may remove all the content associated with those plugins, we’d recommend creating a backup before.
    Let us know how you’d like to proceed.


    @kleyhalisson    , any site ending with wpcomstaging.com will be hosted on WordPress.com. The code that adds the info to the footer is not perfect (yet!) and will not recognize it if the Business plan was removed.

    My site wasn’t a free site. I used to pay you annually, so am now really confused.

    I don’t mind paying, but just want the previous format. When you changed
    it without my c onsent before, you put it into the classic mode. The classic mode is an option on the new setup.

    I have no objection to paying whatsoever, but need you to switch me back
    and also put back the search engine on the front page.

    Then, if you still don’t see the classic editor plugin added, please let us know.
