Please change the notification email you have on file

    Currently, when our website expires, you notify NancyWasch at (email visible only to moderators and staff). PLEASE change this notification to (email visible only to moderators and staff). Nancy is NO LONGER AFFILIATED with this organization, and she would very much like to STOP receiving the expiration notifications.

    Can you share the URL of the site you need help with?

    We can definitely help her change the email address on her account. To do this she’d need to contact us from that account, or login herself and edit the settings here. All of the communication from WordPress.com would then go to the updated email address. This is not ideal as she may miss out on important information from us about her upgrades or account.

    A better option would be having the upgrade transferred from her account to someone that is currently affiliated with your organization. Again, this has to be initiated from her account as the site owner. These are the instructions needed.
