  The name change tool is currently unavailable. The best option right now would be to simply start over with a new account and blog setup. You can do that by logging out of WordPress.com and then signing up with a separate email address at http://en.wordpress.com/signup/

  If you would like to use the same email address, then you should change the email address on the first account you created to something else from the Users → Personal Settings page before you log out. Make sure to complete the email confirmation step too.
