  Can’t access site
  Get message ‘Please Check Your Primary Sites Jet Pack Connection’
  Goes to error page – ‘This page isn’t working’ http error 500

  I don’t have a site linked to this WordPress.com account

  The connection for https://ndnscout.com/ indeed appears to be broken, yes:

  https://jptools.wordpress.com/debug/?url=https://ndnscout.com/

  That points to an error with XML-RPC, and when I try to view the https://ndnscout.com/xmlrpc.php page on your site, it just goes to the front page, indicating that service is most likely disabled on your server.

  Please contact your hosting provider and make sure that service is enabled on your server, and that it’s not being blocked. Then try disconnecting and reconnecting Jetpack from WP-Admin on your site:
