This keeps appearing whenever I try to access my website to check the stats or post anything, preventing access to pretty much my entire wordpress. It also made it so I was unable to contact live chat despite being on a business plan, and now that plan has expired. How am I able to fix this?

Yes I had wanted to restore it but I was unable to access it due to the error and apply a discount code I had received.
