Hello, I’m getting the error message “Please check your Primary Site’s Jetpack connection” and I can’t access anything on my dashboard. Even when I try to click contact for support nothing loads. Any help will be greatly appreciated. Thank you.

Hey there, your connection looks okay on this side. If you’re still seeing that error, could you try logging out, then logging back in? Sometimes we’ll see this associated with a login issue. If that doesn’t help, please update use here.

Thank you supernova. That did work. Silly me, I should always revert to the “turn it off and back on” method. Thanks again.
