  I cannot login into my site: https://tiffinwriterauthor.wordpress.com/ or https://lameduckmedia.wordpress.com/

  Both have the same message: Please check your Primary Site’s Jetpack connection wp-admin

  And the web address goes to: https://wordpress.com/post?site=box5300.temp.domains%3A%3A%7Eleadvale

  I use one of those sites as my portfolio which needs to be edited. And I can’t get in to do it. Help!

  Hi there!

  The sites you’ve mentioned were created under a different account, lameduckmedia, try logging out from the account you’re using to post here and log in again with the correct one.
  You should be able to manage both sites without issues.

  In case you’re still having problems, let us know and add a screenshot of what you see. You can use an online tool for that (such as https://snipboard.io/), or follow the instructions described here:
  https://en.support.wordpress.com/make-a-screenshot/.

  unfortunately, I can’t log in to either site, as per my issue above. I get the same message no matter which one I try.

  You see that issue because the account you’re currently logged in to has a Jetpack site that is not connected.

  But, the two sites you want to access belong to a _different_ WordPress.com account, _not_ the one you’re currently logged in to.

  You’ll need to log out of WordPress.com and log back in under the correct account.

  What user? Are you talking about pmt92 sites? (there are 4 sites connected via that account.) I can log into all of those but there is no access for either of the sites above.

  Really confused now.

  You are currently logged in as pmtiffin1992.

  pmtiffin1992 does not have access https://tiffinwriterauthor.wordpress.com/ and https://lameduckmedia.wordpress.com/ because they do not belong to pmtiffin1992.

  You will need to log out of WordPress.com and log back in under the correct account.

  We cannot reveal the username here. I recommend trying to log in under each email address that you have access to, and if you do not recall the password, we have some options at https://en.support.wordpress.com/account-recovery/
