Trying to get into WordPress and getting an error message ‘Please check your Primary Site’s Jetpack connection’
I have followed the promt to disconnect but I am not given the option to go into settings and do so.
I have just started playing around with wordpress and have a few unpuplished sites that Im learning on, the primary site is not a word press site.

Hi there,
I see that your self-hosted site is still connected to your WordPress.com account. If you are having trouble disconnecting the site on your end, I would be happy to disconnect it for you.
Are you ultimately trying to get the site to connect properly to your WordPress.com account, or are you wanting to disconnect the site permanently?

Hello
The sorryiateyourdog site has been disconnected but Im also now no longer able to access the gvhlandscaping site I have been learning on and busy with, Is there a reason that this has been deleted
Thanks -
Hi there,
What’s the address of the site you cannot access? gvhlandscaping is just the name, I want to know the full address (e.g. https://example.com)

That site is owned by a different account than the one you’re currently logged in. That’s why you cannot manage it. You need to log in to that other account.
If you cannot access that account please follow our Account Recovery guide:
