Please check your Primary Site's Jetpack connection

    Hi

    I see others have posted with this problem already, I have gone through those threads and they havent helped.

    To be clear the problem is that whenever I click on ‘My Site’ an error message comes up saying ‘Please check your Primary Site’s Jetpack connection’.

    The suggestions int he other forums said to go and disconnect then reconnect jetpack, then if that doesn’t work remove it from the site then reinstall it.

    I can’t do either of those things because whenever I try to go to the sections that that would allow me to do that the error message comes up saying Please ‘check your Primary Site’s Jetpack connection’ .

    I have also tried contacting customer support directly about this as I want actual technical support which is not so much to ask given i have a premium subscription but after navigating the rabbit hole of support forums you need to go through in order to reach an actual contact form…possibly get some actual help with this from an actual person the form won’t load. Just won’t load. There is no number provided that I can see.

    Similarly i have tried going to Jetpack support and their form, similarly, is just not there.

    What I am after from this post is:

    Can you please send give me a number or link by which I can reach a person who can help me sort this out, this weird and annoying problem is already taking up way too much of my time.

    Hi,

    I’m having exactly the same problem as jasoncav with the error message ‘Please check your Primary Site’s Jetpack connection’ coming up every time I click on ‘MySite’. I’m also unable to get any of the contact forms to load or to access any of the sections needed to disconnect and reconnect Jetpack.

    I really need this sorted as soon as possible so any help would be really appreciated.

    Hi Jerry,

    The contact form in the link that you provided is one of the pages that I can’t access due to my issue, it says ‘Contact’ but then it is just blank. Is there another way that I can access live chat support please?

    If the contact form is blank, it means your browser is not loading all the code the page needs to work.

    Please try clearing your browser cache, and if you’re using any browser add-ons, temporarily disable those. Also unplug your modem/router for a few seconds before restarting it.

    Solve Common Browser Issues

    If that doesn’t help, please check if it works if you log in using incognito mode, a different browser, or a different internet connection.

    Let us know the results.
