Please check your Primary Site's Jetpack connection

Please can someone assist me.
I am unable to make changes to the website. http://www.chersimpsonwatt.com.
Message displayed at top right gives me the “Please check your Primary Site’s Jetpack connection”
I read a post which said, disconnect jetpack and re-connect.I go into jetpack to try and disconnect but have not got the option.
I only see, Dashboard, Settings, backup and scan, site stats and askimet.
I have not altered the site in a very long time.
I have also entered into settings and general but have no manage your connection.
Can anyone assist me please?
