I’m seeing this error message when trying to view the My Site page – “Please check your Primary Site’s Jetpack connection“. I am also unable to see any other pages on the backend such as Settings, Media, etc. without getting the message. Thank you to anyone who can help! (I tried contacting WordPress directly but the Contact Us page will not load either.)

I’m not seeing any Jetpack connection errors for your site on my end, so this could be a browser problem. Especially also as you mention the contact page doesn’t work either.
Please clear your browser cache, as well as all cookies for WordPress.com and for your site’s domain, bakeandbewell.com. Then log back in.
Do you still see the errors? How about if you log in using incognito mode or a different browser?
