    Hi Macmanx,

I tried to contact the support however the form page is blank.
There is no way to contact them.

    Thanks.

  • Hi there,

If the contact page is blank, the problem could be with you browser. I also don’t see any errors for your site’s Jetpack connection on my end.

Are you using any browser add-ons? Please try temporarily disabling those, and also clear you browser cache, and let me know if that makes any difference:

    https://wordpress.com/en/support/browser-issues/#clearing-your-browser-cache

Also check if you have the same problem if using another browser, or if you log in using incognito/private mode.

    Hi Kokkieh,

Thanks for help, it’s works now !
I tried with a different browser (edge) and I can access to the settings. :-)

Can you help me with one thing, I’d like to add www to myogaia.com address.
How can I do this ?

    Thanks.

Excellent. That means something specific in Chrome is likely blocking some of the code WordPress.com needs to work, most probably some of the JavaScript. So make sure JavaScript is enabled in Chrome, and that you’re not using any browser add-ons that might be blocking it. The usual culprits are ad-blockers and anti-tracking add-ons.

We don’t support the www prefix on WordPress.com, so I’m afraid there’s no way to make that appears on your domain. However, the www version of you domain will work, so if you want to print business cards, etc, showing your domain with the www included, you can do that, and it will still take people to you site. The “www” just won’t be visible in the browser address bar or on Google search results for you site.

Thank you Kokkieh for your quick response!
You guessed it, I’m in exactly this scenario, the cards were printed with www so I understand it doesn’t matter.
Thank you very much for your valuable advice.

  • Glad I could help :)
