‘Please check your Primary Site’s Jetpack connection’
-
My website is not appearing. When I log into WordPress and click ‘My Site’ it simply says ‘Please check your Primary Site’s Jetpack connection’. However, I recall only being able to access this through the website. Where do I go from here? I can not type the website name and search for it either, so it seems offline for now..
I don’t have a site linked to this WordPress.com account

Hi there,
Please provide us with the URL of the website you’re referring to so that we can point you in the right direction.
Thank You! :)

Hello there,
The issue might need to be addressed by your hosting provider.
I can see your site is not hosted on WordPress.com and uses open-source WordPress software (from WordPress.org) and this forum is focused on sites hosted on WordPress.com.
The WordPress.com and WordPress.org sites are completely different: https://wordpress.com/support/com-vs-org

Okay, thanks, I will check it out. However, I log onto wordpress.com and when the problem occurred and I looked for assistance it led me directly to this forum, I did not stumble upon it.

I just logged into wordpress.com, but could not log into WordPress.org. This means I have been using wordpress.com for the last few years, it has records of a blog post, but everything else seems to be gone.

Okay, my website was not hosted by WordPress. However, I was using wordpress.com to log in and make changes to my websites, assign widgets and whatnot. I’m likely missing something there. But anyways, there was a serious misunderstanding with Siteground and they were the host. They deleted my website.
Thank you for your help and patience.
