“Please check your Primary Site’s Jetpack connection”

    I am getting the “Please check your Primary Site’s Jetpack connection” I went to jetpack and did the debug option and it says it’s running fine. I also can’t get to the customer support tab when I click contact us it is a blank box with no interaction for it.

    I am receiving it on my computer but I switched to a different computer it doesn’t show so I wonder if it’s my browser I know I just updated it but I’m not sure what’s wrong. I’m using chrome.
