Please check your Primary Site's Jetpack connection – Can't reconnect

  I can’t write new posts because I get the message:

  “Please check your Primary Site’s Jetpack connection”

  When trying to reconnect Jetpack or even delete the plugin to resinstall it, I find I can’t also see the Plugin list. I tried to follow this instructions:
