‘Please check your Primary Site’s Jetpack connection’ error
-
Hello, I was trying to edit my site but it gives me this error. Could you please help me fix this?
The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

Hey there,
It looks like this site is on the pro plan, so real time assistance can be sought here: https://wordpress.com/help/contact
I can see that Jetpack is connected and there’s no critical errors present.
What are you clicking exactly to see that error appear?

Hello,
Many thanks for the reply. I was clicking on portfolio and trying to edit it.
Also, the live support remains blank and never loads, so I cannot get access to the live support.
-
Hmm, strange.
I can’t seem to replicate that. Can you tell me what browser you’re using and if you have any browser extensions installed? (In particular any adblockers.)
Many thanks.

I’m just using Chrome. I’m not aware of any add blockers installed.
In fact, now if I click “My Site” at the top left corner, I get the same error and cannot even view the site settings page (the one with lots of options like settings, theme, portfolio etc on the left).

Actually, for some reason, I’m now able to view my admin and portfolio page. But clicking on “My Site” still gives me the ‘Please check your Primary Site’s Jetpack connection’ error with the URL being “https://wordpress.com/stats/day”.
This has happened many times repeatedly. Sometimes I can’t even edit any page, but sometimes I can.

Hello there,
Thanks for that confirmation. I can’t seem to replicate that behaviour and I’m not seeing what you’re seeing there.
Can you tell me if this continues if you clear the browser cache: https://en.support.wordpress.com/browser-issues/#clearing-your-browser-cache
