Hello,
I checked your site and the Jetpack connection looks okay, so you should now be able to open a chat:
https://wordpress.com/help/contact/This type of error can sometimes be caused by a plugin and I noticed you have the Health Check and Troubleshooting plugin installed, so perhaps you already turned off the problem plugin.
https://wordpress.com/support/plugins/solve-problems-with-plugins/#health-check-amp-troubleshooting-pluginI recommend updating any plugins with updates available. You can turn on plugins one at a time to see if any cause an error.
If you need assistance in figuring out if a specific plugin caused the issue, we can help do that with permission to turn some of them off temporarily.
Please feel free to reply to this message if you have any other questions and have a great day!

Unfortunately, I still can’t access the support chat, nor the plugin section in my WP-admin.
You have my permission to turn some of them off until I can access my wp-admin again and make the necessary updates to the plugins.
Thanks -
