Please check your Primary Site’s Jetpack connection error appears when I click on My Site. Unable to disconnect Jetpack connection as that is done through my site. This is rather urgent, could you get back as soon as possible. Thank you so much.

You’re seeing that error because Jetpack is unable to communicate with your site:

Please contact your hosting provider and make sure XML-RPC is enabled on your server, and make sure it’s not being blocked by either your host or by a security plugin on your site. You can also try disconnecting and reconnecting Jetpack from your WP-Admin dashboard.
From our end we can only remove the Jetpack connection for you. We can’t fix the connection issue itself, as that’s caused by something on your server or on your site that we don’t control.
Please confirm if you want us to remove the Jetpack connection.
