Please check your Primary Site's Jetpack connection error

    Hello,

    I am getting this error when trying to update content on our site: “Please check your Primary Site’s Jetpack connection”. I have read the forum suggestions and have two deadends:

    1) The Settings –> General path yields the same error msg.

    2) Jetpack –> Dashboard does not show the connection link to be able to disable the connection.

    Any other ideas? TY.

    Since you have a Business plan, you have access to priority email and live chat support. You can access this priority support from your account page where you can get help more quickly than posting in the free public support forums.
