Please check your Primary Site’s Jetpack connection’ error

I’m getting an error ‘Please check your Primary Site’s Jetpack connection’ whenever I try to do anything. I’m also unable to view the ‘my sites’ page, it just shows the same error.
I don’t have a site linked to this WordPress.com account

Hi there,
You’re getting that error because your site itself is currently offline – Jetpack can’t communicate with your site if the site itself isn’t working.
Please contact support at your hosting provider directly for help with why your site isn’t working at the moment. We don’t have any control over or access to the server on which your site is hosted, so we’re not able to help with this from our end.
