Please check your Primary Site’s Jetpack connection’ error message help

I keep getting this Please check your Primary Site’s Jetpack connection’ error and I’ve tried looking in every forum for help here, Jetpack and other places. My website http://www.thehappykim.com has been hosted on WordPress for several years.

It will allow me to go to the Jetpack pages but everyone appears to be running smoothly. When I click on other wp.admin links, it takes me back to the error.

Is there a fix for this? Thanks

  • Hi there,

From our end I’ve checked your Jetpack connection on thehappykim.com and it appears to be in working order and wp-admin is accessible.

Were you able to sort this out on your own, or did you need a hand still? Thanks for the additional info!

It appears to be working now. I logged in from another computer and had no issues several hours after my help request.
    Thank you.

  • Hello there,

I’m glad to hear everything is working now. I took a quick look at your plugins to ensure everything was okay and didn’t notice any errors. I did see you had WooCommerce installed but not active at the moment.
