  Hi,
  Today, I try to edit my website and upload media file but it showed error “Please check your Primary Site’s Jetpack connection wp-admin”
  I search on the web and they said the best way is to seek support from you.

  Hi there! Are you able to visit your site’s WP Admin view of your media library? You can find it at this address:
  https://michiganmushroomhunters.org/wp-admin/upload.php

  If you are able to upload media using that view, can you then test again from https://wordpress.com/media/michiganmushroomhunters.org

  Thank you for your help.

  I can use https://michiganmushroomhunters.org/wp-admin/upload.php to upload my files.

  https://wordpress.com/media/michiganmushroomhunters.org still doesn’t work. It gives the same error: Please check your Primary Site’s Jetpack connection

  Please advice how I can fix this “Jetpack connection” issue

  Hey @michiganmushroomhuntersclub, I’ve just tested your account on this side and your Jetpack connection seems okay. Would you be willing to test whether it’s an issue with the browser you’re using, by testing with another? I’ve seen just a smattering of cases like this lately, typically with Chrome on Windows.

  If it works in another browser, please try these browser troubleshooting steps in the browser you prefer. Specifically, I’d recommend logging out, clearing the cache, deleting the WordPress.com and Jetpack-related cookies if you have them, then logging back in again. Please let us know whether that resolves the issue for you.

  You’re correct. the website does work on Edge browser. I was using Chrome on Ubuntu 20.04 (Chrome version 103.0.5060.53 (Official Build) (64-bit))

  Hey there,

  Many thanks for that information.

  Does this resolve if you were to clear the browser caches in Chrome.
