Keep in mind that if WordPress.com does not host the site, this question will be better for WordPress.org forums. WordPress.com and WordPress.org are a little separate, and that can be confusing.

iPage is a host for WordPress.org software. WordPress.com is a hosting company, like iPage is. While you may have edited via WordPress.com due to using Jetpack, that didn’t host your site here. Please follow up with your host and WordPress.org on how to fix what’s causing the site not to load.
