Hi there,
$19 for domain registration santorisliquors.com, which i approved WordPress.com
According to our records you cancelled the Personal plan on your site, as well as your domain santorisliquors.com
This resulted in a refund which you can see has been processed here on 5/14: https://wordpress.com/me/purchases/billing/
A few days after that, you conacted us to ask that we assist you in restoring santorisliquors.com to your account, and at that time (5/20) we sent a manual invoice for $18, which I can confirm you have paid. This has resulted in santorisliquors.com being restored to your account. You can confirm here: https://wordpress.com/me/purchases/
Note that manually created invoices do not show up in your billing history at https://wordpress.com/me/purchases/billing/ but I can confirm that the $18 charge was for restoring your domain, and not for a business plan subscription (which is $300/yr)
Please fix all this, I only need ekemcho.com and santorisliquors.com on my dashboard.
As I mentioned, santorisliquors.com has been restored to your account since you have paid the $18 to recover it.
Please note that ekemcho.com is not registered at WordPress.com but is instead registered with another provider (Bluehost) as you can see here: https://who.is/whois/ekemcho.com/
Domains you have registered with other providers do not show up in your WordPress.com account, so if you have a billing concern with ekemcho.com you will need to contact Bluehost directly so they can check in to it.
Hope that helps. Please let us know if you have any more questions.

hi, please review this 2 images, one says $19 charge? What this is for. Another one showed active domains on my account, where is Santorisliquors.com in this list. If I paid $18, why santorisliquors.com not showing in My Domain list. Please review attached images.
Thank you.

Hi Staff,
I have uploaded 4 images, trying to understand, when i see the domain santorisliquors.com on my domain list, why can’t I use theme like astra and create a simple static website, and remove all my personal details off of the site? secondly I tried to point the nameserver to ns1.bluehost.com or ns2.bluhost.com to see if I can create a website using bluehost, but when i login to bluehost after 48 hours it was still showing me propogating, why?
Also, I want only 2 domains, ekemcho.com and santorisliquors.com on wordpress, why there are multiple domains, e.g. santorisliquorscom.wordpress.com etc. I need to remove all that. I will try this after typing this message.
Its very very confusing and frustrating. Please help.
Thank you.

In order to set the
santorisliquors.comdomain as primary, so that your site here would show up to the public under that domain, you would have to have one of our plans, such as the Personal Plan. You had a Personal Plan on the account, but cancelled it and it was refunded on 2023-05-14. If you wish to have your site here appear to the public assantorisliquors.com, you will need to purchase one of our plans. If you wish to use the Astra theme, that can be done here at WordPress.com using the Business Plan, which includes the ability to install plugins and third-party themes, such as Astra. The Business plan is a managed plan, which means we take care of keeping your site up to date, and also do daily backups, which can be restored, should something go wrong, in just a few clicks. In addition, we continually monitor for security issues to keep your site up and running for you. You would also have access to our 24/7 Live Chat and email support should you have questions or problems.
WordPress.com provides users with a great experience out of the box. From superb SEO to social media sharing to custom web fonts, even those with advanced needs can find themselves well-equipped without installing plugins or custom themes. But what if you want to take your website to the next level? That’s where the Business plan comes in. Whether you’re a restaurant looking to let your dinersecondly I tried to point the nameserver to ns1.bluehost.com or ns2.bluhost.com to see if I can create a website using bluehost, but when i login to bluehost after 48 hours it was still showing me propogating, why?
I have checked the domain settings for the
santorisliquors.comdomain, and the name servers are not pointing at Bluehost, but are still pointed at WordPress.com. If you wish to use that domain on a site at Bluehost, go to Upgrades > Domains, click in the domain, and then click on Name Servers, toggle to use custom name servers, and then add the Bluehost name servers. Here is a direct link: https://wordpress.com/domains/manage/santorisliquors.com/edit/santorisliquorscom.wordpress.comScreenshot: https://d.pr/i/rNM8Hj
It can take 24-72 hours for a change to the domain settings to fully propagate around the internet. Generally though in 4-6 hours things should have stabilized, and you can use it at Bluehost. If you need help getting that domain set up at Bluehost, contact their support and I’m certain they will be happy to help with that.
Also, I want only 2 domains, ekemcho.com and santorisliquors.com on wordpress, why there are multiple domains, e.g. santorisliquorscom.wordpress.com etc. I need to remove all that. I will try this after typing this message.
The
santorisliquorscom.wordpress.comaddress is the internal WordPress.com address for your site here, and is where all your files and information is stored. If you upgrade one of our plans, and then set thesantorisliquors.comdomain as primary, the site atsantorisliquorscom.wordpress.comwill be under thesantorisliquors.comdomain name. The
ekemcho.comsite is not hosted here at WordPress.com, but as we mentioned earlier, hosted at Bluehost, so any issues or questions about that site will have to be discussed with Bluehost since we do not have any connection to that site. Also your representative emailed me that once I pay $18, my domain will be reinstated and after that I need to click on domain, contact info and uncheck the option of 60 days at the bottom, in order to transfer the domain, there is no 60 days box to uncheck when j click on contact info pl review I have uploaded the image.
Since the domain had been cancelled, and it was purchased again, there is a 60 day transfer lock due to ICANN and registrar rules. After that transfer lock expires, you can transfer registration of the domain to another host or registrar if you wish.
As I mentioned earlier, if you point the domain name servers at Bluehost, and wait for the propagation to complete, you can use that domain on a new site at Bluehost, and then transfer it later after the transfer lock expires.

Hi Support team,
Someone name Mr. Yan (Happiness Engineer) email me that if I pay $18 via the link, he sends me I will be able to uncheck the 60 days waiting period by clicking on my domain details and then by clicking on edit contact details. I paid $18 and that is no uncheck option. The following was my last email to Mr. Yan.
”
Hi Yan,
I have paid $18 and when I click on “Edit” contact information, there is no option at the bottom to uncheck the 60 days lock / unlock period, please clarify. I have uploaded the images 12.jpg and 123.jpg in my account media files and I am attaching the same with this email.
