  Hi @grzegorzstygar,

  If you would like to build a new site with your existing address, check out this helpful support article for how to do that:
  https://en.support.wordpress.com/empty-site/

  This way, you can start from scratch building your site. Remember that you should not delete your site, since deleted addresses cannot be re-used.
