I would like to delete all posts etc from my site and start fresh. Can you please help?

You can delete Posts by first going to Home, then click on the Posts to the left, which will lead you to the following:
https://wordpress.com/posts/%5Byour-domain%5DSo in your case, it’ll be:
https://wordpress.com/posts/skuldthevalkyrie.wordpress.comThen, to the right of each Post, click on the three dots for the drop down menu to delete the Post, like the following screenshot (the Post shown is a default theme post):
This is how you delete one or more Posts, unless you’re asking for the ability to mass delete the Posts.

Hi @skuldthevalkyrie if you are interested in emptying only the posts on your site, the fastest way would be to follow the link for Empty Site that @ericfri shared. That way you can keep your site address and start adding new content. Deleting your site also prevents the address from being reused.
Let me just add that if you want to remove all your content, Staff can empty the site for you. If this is the case, please let us know.
Before Staff empty your site, they will need you to confirm that you understand that once they clear out your site content (including all posts, pages, comments, media, etc.), you will not be able to recover it.
