You can close your account yourself. Here is the support document that will help you to know more about the account closure process:
https://wordpress.com/support/close-account/Note: Closing your account deletes all of the sites you own and all their contents. After a few weeks, the data will be entirely purged from our system and at this point, the process cannot be reversed.

Hi there,
To be able to close your account I need to downgrade both sites (natureleaftea.com and natureleafteas.com) which are on the Business plan. This process will delete all of the contents of the sited and cancel the domains, so I need your confirmation before proceeding.
Please note that when a domain is canceled it may be note possible to register again in the near future.

Hello fstat, I have decided to keep the account active. However, I have created a bit of a mess. I have two accounts now. Please keep the natureleafteas.com e-commerce site active and delete the other account natureleaftea.com.
