    I have a dispute with WordPress regarding billing and product use. I have never used your platform and it wasn’t even ever completely set up. I once contacted your team with a request to cancel it, and your representative persuaded me to keep it for a free term before closing it, and I forgot all about it. Now I see that I’ve paid for it for numerous terms and didn’t even know it. I consider you responsible for persuading me to keep something that I did not need or want. Please terminate my account immediately, including all domains, sites, blogs, whatever, Everything!

  • Hi @jovadya, I’m not seeing that conversation under this account — do you happen to remember when that was?

    As of March your account has had a chargeback that’s being investigated. Once that is resolved, you will be able to close the account if you’d like.

    I can see you were not charged since then and will not be charged in the future unless you add upgrades again.
