    To downgrade please refer to this support page doc here: https://wordpress.com/support/manage-purchases/#downgrade-your-plan

    then to delete a site please follow the steps mentioned here: here: https://wordpress.com/support/delete-site/

    Hello there,

    It looks like rnwordworks.wpcomstaging.com was on the business plan which as now expired but the site has not been downgraded.

    In order to downgrade your site, we must revert it back to the point when you installed your first plugin or custom theme.

    Your site’s content, theme, and customizations, such as widgets and menus, will return to the state they were before upgrading to the business plan. This process will also remove all plugins and custom themes, as well as any content added through them, and you will no longer be able to add plugins or custom themes to this site unless you upgrade again in the future.
