Please consider Stripe for WordAds revenue.

I have just had problem with receiving WordAds revenue this year. Usually, I receive my WordAds revenue via my Paypal account but, this year, it does not work anymore. PayPal has opened it office in Thailand and my Paypal account has moved to PayPal Thailand. Since then, Paypal has to operate according to Thai government regulations and has to pause Mass Payment feature. WordAds or Automattic uses Mass Payment feature to transfer payment via PayPal, therefore it can not transfer revenue to all PayPal accounts in Thailand. My revenue keeps pending because of this and I really do not know when PayPal will start Mass Payment in Thailand again. I hope Automattic hear this problem and consider Stripe as another choice to transfer WordAds revenue, so it will help me and a lot of users in Thailand a lot.
