  I need help logging on to my account. It keeps bringing me to a different account and I’m unable to reset the password. I’ve emailed WordPress. There is no phone number. Please help. My personal info is on a website and I need it taken down ASAP

  Hi there, I see you posted about something similar a year ago, but you didn’t follow up with the volunteer at that time.

  What’s the address of the site you are trying to access? Once we know that we can point you in the right direction for support.

  Just to clarify, this support forum assists users hosted on the WPcom platform. If your site is using the open source WP software, have a look at: https://wordpress.org/support/article/resetting-your-password/

  If you’re trying to log into the admin account for https://womenoftherow.com/, we’re not able to help you here.

  The password for that site has no connection to your WordPress.com account, but is stored in your site’s database on your hosting provider’s servers. We don’t have any access there to help you reset it.
