I choose a domain name and you charged my account but when I lookup that domain name is goes to a blog already there. Either give me money back or fix it. How about just contacting me. Why do you not have contact information on the site somewhere???? I am very frustrated!!!

Please contact me. I really need help. I’m the editor of a quarterly state Master Gardener newsletter. Last quarter was our first to try WordPress. I had a computer-smart person handle the Word Press part. She left without training me. I need help. Grazzie Warbritton (Barbara) [phone# redacted] or (email visible only to moderators and staff) or (email visible only to moderators and staff). Please we need to get trained on how to establish a link in Constant Contact that links to the whole article housed in WordPress. We send our newsletter out on Constant Contact, with a “want to read more?” link to WordPress for the rest of the article.

This is extremely frustrating. I’ve tried to leave messages all over the site and it takes me to “search for answers.” If you have so many engineers available for help, why can’t we access them?
