Staff will work their way forward to this thread. They answer threads in datestamp order from the earliest to the most recent. There is a backlog. All you need is patience.

I don’t see anything in the file you tried to import that would prevent it from importing correctly, so can you please try again?
I have reset the importer so you’ll be able to import again.
Let me know if you get that error again.

I would guess I need an importer reset too.
