"Please Contact Support quoting error HYTFSI"

    When I try to make payment for http://iascurrentaffairsweb.wordpress.com/

    I got the following error.
    “Error authorising credit card. Please Contact Support quoting error HYTFSI.”

    Options for Debit or Credit card is available. I used Debit Card and Net Banking. But failed to make payment. Also used different cards. Every time the same error message showing.

    I checked our system and see that the cards you are using are declining with the message: Your card does not support this type of purchase.

    Are you using a major credit card? With a few exceptions depending on the country you’re from, we only accept major credit cards, PayPal, and Apple Pay. For information on the forms of payment we do accept, please visit:

    I am using Debit card. It is shown that debit card is an accepted method. I used 4 different card of different bank. Also I tried Net banking.

    Dont they accept any of these methods ?

    Can you please help me with any other options.

    I just used a Credit Card. Its showing the same error. There is no option for paypal.

    Hi there,

    Sometimes your bank may block the transaction, even if your card works for other purchases. Please contact your bank to confirm that they are not blocking transactions from WordPress.com. Also, make sure that your card is valid for online and international transactions.
