I open the payment method in purchases menu, but the alternative payment not show up. Just the credit/debit card method available.

The other payment methods like Apple Pay, Google Pay, and PayPal will only show up if they are available in the country you are in.
Have you contacted your bank/credit card issuer about the problem? They can look into the failed transactions and let you know if they were blocked for security reasons. I checked your account and confirmed that we are not blocking you.
If you are yet to contact your bank, please reach out to them before trying again.
