Hello, we are wanting to copy our subscribers from our wp.com blog to our self hosted wp.org blog. Our wp.com is http://chapterbreak.wordpress.com and we have jetpack connected in our new location at http://chapterbreak.net. I saw on http://wordpress.org/support/topic/move-my-wordpress-followers-from-com-to-org that we need to submit a request to transfer our followers.
The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)
