Please could somebody help me to restore my blog?

  I’ve lost my blog! I’ve obviously made a mistake whilst trying to alter something and would like to restore it. The blog has been up and running since May/June last year and is under the URL http://www.powerincomedynamo.com/my/blog/ and not as written below (I can’t change the URL in the box)
