  Hi @christianmcewen, I’ve removed your phone number since this is a public forum.

  I don’t see a domain like that on this account, but can you log out, then log in using the email address that gets renewal notices? That one is the account owner. If you’ll do that, you can renew here:

  Hi,

  The domain you are using for your site (legaltenderplay.com) was not registered with WordPress.com, which is why you are unable to pay for it from your WordPress.com account.

  Since the domain was registered using another registrar, so you will need to contact them about the payment.
