  There is a bug and Staff have to remove the premium themes or transfer them to other sites you have registered.

  I will type modlook into the sidebar tags on this thread for a Staff follow-up.   Hi dmaccion,

  I have removed the premium theme from your account. You should be able to delete your site now.

  There is currently no way for you to remove premium themes from within your own account, which is why staff need to do it for you — it’s not a bug.

  Come back to me if you have any problems.

  I did a little more digging and this is in fact a bug! We are currently resolving the issue.
