  Please delete all content and themes
  I have a theme that I wish to upload but do not know how ! please advise

  Hello,

  Themes downloaded elsewhere cannot be uploaded to a WordPress.com site. You can activate any theme from the Theme Showcase.

  This support doc provides an overview on themes, and instructions for activating a new theme on your site: https://en.support.wordpress.com/themes/

  If you want delete all of your site’s content there are instructions here: https://en.support.wordpress.com/empty-site/. Keep in mind this won’t deactivate the theme you are currently using.
