So someone couldn’t post actual porn or porn videos, legal of course, on WordPress.com even if it was labeled as mature?
If it’s legal in the US you can post it. Just don’t expect anyone to be able to find it.

Except, of course, blogs flagged as 'mature' are excluded from the tags pages, from the recently updated list, from the front page and probably from Google searches as well. Compared to most other blog hosts, WordPress content is fairly heavily censored already. You'd have to be pretty stupid to post your porn here if you wanted people to actually see it.Is the mature flag optional or up to the blogger? It’s up to the blogger in question to notify staff that their blog has “mature” contents that are “not safe for work”. You see if these blogs are not so labeled and bloggers volunteering to answer questions on the forum click on the blog when trying to help they can get into big trouble with their bosses (or even their spouses) who may misinterpret the situation and think the volunteers are into watching porno at work. -
you cant delete them. If you have read the FAQ, you will know that wordpress only deletes blogs with illegal content (selling drugs, etc.), not just blogs with content people are offended by. The best thing to do is to never post links to those sites, and to flag them as mature. that way they don’t appear in listings around wordpress.com
