Hello,

I just tried the URL verticalupdesign.com, It does not show a site. Does that mean you were able to delete it yourself? Can you please cross check?

In case you can still see the site on your WordPress.com dashboard, here are the steps to delete a site from WordPress.com.

Unfortunately I can’t use those directions.

1. As you noted, verticalupdesign.com is an expired url and I don’t have any access to it whatsoever

2. On my iOS WordPress app, verticalupdesign.com is shown as a site but it can’t be deleted (only hidden from view). See picture below.

3. On my WordPress.com dashboard, it shows I have three sites, but only allows me to view two. It’s as if verticalupdesign.com is hidden and I can’t unhide it. See picture below.

Can you please remove all traces of verticalupdesign.com from the WordPress.com dashboard and WordPress iOS App?

Hi there,

I’ve removed the Jetpack connection for that site from your account. If it’s still listed for you on desktop, please clear your browser cache. If you still see it in the mobile app, force-quitting the app and then restarting your devices should force and update there.
