Please cancel my account, delete all information, and cancel domain crazyblogginmoms.com. I created this site over a year ago and it just wasn’t what I wanted. I can’t get it off of any search engines because WP won’t delete it even though I have and I’m not even paying for the domain anymore. This is so frustrating to find out that I have a site out there that I can’t access to “delete” again but it’s still going. It has all of my social networks attached to it and it’s frustrating me.

I don’t want my new account deleted, just the old one that is linked to that.

crazyblogginmomblog.wordpress.com is no longer available. The authors have deleted this site.

As you did this in reverse order by deleted the underlying .wordpress.com blog, you will now need Staff help to remove the domain mapping. I’ll tag this thread for a Staff follow-up. Please subscribe to the thread so you are notified when they respond and please be patient while waiting.

I can’t get it off of any search engines because WP won’t delete it even though I have and I’m not even paying for the domain anymore.

IMPORTANT NOTE: Deleting blog content and deleting blogs does not remove any indexed content from the SERPs (search engine page results). Google and Bing only clear their caches of deleted indexed content that produces a 404 (page not found) every 3 – 6 months. To completely remove an entire page from Google search results: https://support.google.com/webmasters/answer/1663419?hl=en

I’ve already tried to do the “webmaster” delete from google…. because the link is still “live” they won’t delete it. I don’t even know why it’s still live! I was told it was deleted, gone for good, scrapped, etc… and yet it’s still there, floating in webspace.

The content and everything is still on the page…. there is no 404 (not found) anywhere on the page.

The domain has to be removed and Staff will do that.

Gotcha…. Thanks! :( I hope they do that soon. It’s kinda messing with my new pages stats. Because people are going to the old page thinking it’s my new page :(

Staff work through all forum threads tagged for their attention and through all email support tickets in order of datestamps and timestamps – first posted first served, as would be expected.

How long it takes to clear the threads and support tickets depends on how many Happiness Engineers are working on them at any given point in time. It also depends on how complex the issues in each thread and ticket are are.

Don’t bump your thread here by posting into it again because it’s not in your best interest to post to it after it has been tagged for Staff help. If you do that or if you create a new thread or email Staff the timestamp moves forward and it takes longer to get help.

The domain crazyblogginmoms.com is mapped to crazyblogginmom.wordpress.com, which has not been deleted.

The account that owns that domain and underlying WordPress.com site is not the username crazybloggingmom, however, but a different username.

For security reasons we cannot modify that site or cancel the domain without confirmation from the user who owns the account.

@crazybloggingmom if that is your site, please log out of your crazybloggingmom and log into the other account you used to create that site and register the domain, and then post in this thread to confirm you would like to cancel the domain and delete your website.

If you can’t remember the username, you can try different email addresses you might have used, and if you can’t remember your password, you can use the form here:
    https://en.wordpress.com/wp-login.php?action=lostpassword

If you still can’t log in, there’s a link on the lost password page after you’ve entered details that will allow you to contact our account recovery team.

I’ve done that and can’t log in because there is a 2-step authentication
on the account and I no longer have the phone number to that authentication!

    You can disable it http://en.support.wordpress.com/security/two-step-authentication/#disabling-two-step-authentication

If required please complete the form for account recovery at this link https://en.wordpress.com/wp-login.php?action=recovery and submit it to the Account Recovery Staff so they can contact you by email ie. not on these public support forums which are available to everyone with internet access.

Where is this “link” to contact account recovery? Because all I keep coming back to is the forums. This is annoying.
