    Dear WordPress; I am not happy. When I first started on WordPress: You said you only charged $29.00 per month. And I was just preparing to sign up. Then you all of a sudden increased the price to $99.00 at one time. Now that would seem ridiculous to most people. So, I am asking; please delete my account and page.

    I have been here for 11 years and there have never been monthly payment plans for upgrades.

    Automattic Inc. https://automattic.com/ owns WordPress.com and other products like Akismet and VaultPress, etc. so this could be a charge related to one of them. It’s important to know that each charge is sent to the registered email address for each username account, so if you have more than one username account that could be confusing you. Also, if you have a wordpress.org account and a wordpress.com account that could be confusing you.
