Please delete my blog

  I am having a hard time figuring out how to delete a blog. My reason is because I do not understand how to work this and have therefore already started using another platform.

  To delete a free hosted WordPress.COM blog you must be logged in under the exact same username account that registered the blog.
  http://en.support.wordpress.com/delete-site/

  Deleted blog URLs are not recycled, regardless of who registered and deleted them and no exceptions are made.
  http://en.support.wordpress.com/recycling-blog-names/

  Alternatively, to change blog visibility to private go to > Settings > Reading scroll to Blog Visibility and choose option 3 . See the guide here http://en.support.wordpress.com/settings/privacy-settings/

  On my sites dash there is no “tools” tab. Just sharing, users, settings, upgrades.
