I have been attempting to contact you all. I set up a site and never used it for an entire year. I found it too cumbersome to figure out. I did try with the help of a friend who is very happy with your site. It looks like unbeknownst to me my site renewed??? I have been trying to contact you all to see if I can please get a credit for the new charge in January plus last year? At some point in my life, I may be able to start a blog, but this is not the time. If you can help me out with credits now, I will be happy to recommend you to others and may even begin a blog with you next year, once my last child goes off to college. Thanks! I see that you have already canceled your plan and your domain and a full refund has been issued. You can see a receipt for the refund here:

Refunds usually take about 10 business days to appear in your account, but it depends on the processing times at your bank.
