  This is something that has to be done by yourself. Just follow the steps in the link below:
  https://wordpress.com/support/delete-site/

  Please remember that deleting a site permanently removes it and you’ll never be able to re-use its WordPress.com address.

  Hi, it still says “contact support’ and does not have a “delete site” button.

  Are you logged in as the correct WordPress .com account which owns the site? Only site owners are allowed to delete a site.
