  I would like to delete my site but due to premium themes I can’t.

  Hello there,

  If you have already followed these steps, and are still requiring help, I have modlook tagged this thread. This is a tag used to notify staff, and they will be able to help you further.

  Please be sure to subscribe to this thread so you will know when they have replied.

  Also, if you could provide the link of the URL that has the Premium Theme currently active, it will also help staff further to know what site you want deleted (I noticed that the URL you provided above is using a free theme called AltoFocus).

  Hello,

  I have already done these steps but I have two themes which I purchased and that’s why I can’t delete my site permanently. The themes are not active anymore but I get the same message.

  Hi there,

  I can remove the theme for you, but you own the theme indefinitely – so I would recommend you to set your site to private in case you ever want to use the theme again for another site.

  Otherwise, I’d be happy to remove the theme for you so you can proceed with the deletion of the site.
