Please delete my site!

I want to delete my site but I can’t because I have a premium theme!
The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

Open your Purchases section. Use the links provided on that page to cancel your Premium theme. If you wish to transfer your theme to a different site on your WordPress.com account, comment here and a Happiness Engineer will take note of it, and then you can continue the deletion process.
Next, visit this page and click on the “Delete your site permanently” button at the bottom. Follow the on-screen instructions to delete your WordPress.com site.
If you are unsure about a step anywhere, you can refer this page for help.

I’m pretty sure that staff intervention is still currently required to remove a premium theme from an account. https://louwart.wordpress.com/ shows a free theme. Is that the site you wish to delete?

Yeah, I tried changing back to a free theme to see if I would then be able to delete my site.
I’ve moved my domain to another host, but I’m confused as to what happens with nameservers as I bought my domain via WordPress?
I’ve totally confused myself haha! -
Hi @louwart, since your domain was transferred, you can just set whatever name servers you’d like at the new registrar.
Re: your premium theme: if we remove the theme for you, you won’t be able to get it back. If you’ll confirm you understand, we’ll go ahead and remove the theme for you, then you can delete the site.
Do note too, though, that if you delete the site, its name will not become available again, so do not use that option to “start over”.
You might just make site private — no one except you could access it, and only when you are logged in. So when you’re logged out you won’t see it at all.

Yeah, I managed to sort out the whole nameserver thing so that’s all good, I have no need for any of my WordPress data or themes so if you could make it possible for me to delete it, that would be great,
